We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Administer first aid as needed and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or memory care is preferred.
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
