CTS International seeks a Product Design and Manufacturing Expert to lead the development of advanced equipment and tooling solutions that meet the rigorous demands of aerospace product design and manufacturing.
- Develop Tooling Concepts: Create intricate equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to support aerospace product design and manufacturing requirements.
- Integrate Emerging Technologies: Explore and integrate robotics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Verify Designs: Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic considerations, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to support engineering changes and resolve discrepancies.
- Tooling Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of hardware and software configurations, assess equipment and tooling conditions, and make recommendations for their disposition.
- Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Education and Experience: An associate degree combined with a minimum of six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least four years of related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
