Entry-Level :
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems.
Conduct basic audits and collaborate with teams to resolve identified issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Support the analysis and reporting of quality data to track improvements.
Mid-Level :
Lead audits of internal and external processes to ensure quality system effectiveness.
Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
Train team members on quality standards and processes.
Manage cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving quality metrics.
Senior-Level :
Strategize and lead company-wide quality management initiatives.
Engage with executive leadership to align quality strategies with organizational goals.
Act as the main liaison with external certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
Oversee the integration of advanced quality management tools and AI-driven solutions.
Across all levels, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring CTS International remains at the forefront of technical innovation and quality assurance.
Position Requirements
Entry-Level :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Mid-Level :
3-5 years of experience in quality management systems.
Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
Experience with auditing and compliance reporting.
Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent are a plus.
Senior-Level :
8 years of experience in quality systems leadership roles.
Mastery of international quality standards and regulations.
Proven experience in strategic planning and quality process improvement.
Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
