Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in conference calls with customers on customer service issues
- Monitor inbound shipments to ensure 100% order fulfillment
- Interact daily with the Logistics division to ensure available equipment and on-time delivery
- Monitor overages, shortages, and damages and enter returns into Salesforce
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS office knowledge
