What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Groundskeeper position at CTW Development Corp.?
We are seeking a Professional Landscaper who will be responsible for maintaining the green spaces in and around several of CTW Development Corporation's properties, including (but not limited to): Westford Commons, The Westford Lifestyle Community, Courtyard Marriott, SpringHill & Towneplace Suites by Marriott, Waypoint 4180, and Kennsington Golf Club and Grille.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn new skills and will take pride in their contribution to the high quality of all CTW Development Properties.
Full or Part-time employment available - pay commensurate with experience.
Landscaper Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain seasonal plants.
- Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces.
- Mulch, edge and weed gardens.
- Prune and trim trees and bushes.
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants.
- Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Familiarity with landscaping design.
- The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
- A love of the outdoors and plant life.
- Ability to understand and receive direction in English.
- A high school degree or GED.
- Must be able to exert and lift more than 50 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
