Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with CTW Cayman's business objectives in the USA, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing candidates with experience in the US gaming and animation industries.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems to ensure continuous development and alignment with company goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal and state labor laws, as well as industry-specific regulations.
- Cultural Liaison: Leverage language skills in Mandarin or Japanese to facilitate communication between the USA branch and headquarters in Japan, ensuring cultural alignment and effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a manager position within the gaming or animation industries in the USA.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US gaming and animation sectors, including key trends, challenges, and talent landscapes.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is highly preferred to support cross-cultural communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
