Project Overview:
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead and optimize customer engagement strategies with a focus on digital revenue management, pricing, branding, promotions and high-level engagement across multiple functions, both operational and strategic. This is a multi-year opportunity that requires hands-on leadership to bring different groups together and successfully run large-scale projects globally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute high-level engagement strategies, with a focus on end-to-end projects in areas like promotions, revenue management, royalty, pricing, and digital.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of project goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within Client, drawing on your expertise to bring different departments together for integrated solutions.
4. Project Management: Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement, constantly driving improvements in customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
Proven experience as an Strategy Management for at least 2 years at one of the large management companies – Deloitte, EY, PWC
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Expertise in managing large-scale projects across multiple functions.
Knowledge of digital revenue management, pricing, promotions, and the Retail/CPG industry.
