Job Description:
We are seeking a Supply Management Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supplier management, sourcing, and procurement activities to support engineering and manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in engineering change management (ECM), supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and cost control to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) for product updates
Negotiate supplier agreements to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent disruptions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Logistics)
Support supply chain deliverables for new product development programs
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must-Have Qualifications:
Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing experience
Background in manufacturing or production
Strong supplier negotiation & contract management skills
Experience handling multiple priorities and problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with SAP
Background in the Electronics Industry
Experience working with global teams
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
