True Job Title : Competitive Intelligence
CI Manager will perform a mix of competitive intelligence (CI) tasks to support the Client CI team. As the main point of contact for the internal Client team this will involve meetings with internal stakeholders and carrying out CI research and analysis and communications under the direction and daytoday supervision of Beibei Bai. CI Manager will also review and distribute news alerts and reports from the external support team at Lifescience Dynamics to the relevant internal Client stakeholders.
Work outputs from the Lifescience Dynamics team will be shared as clientready final outputs for review by the CI Manager when working in the capacity as an internal Client stakeholder. When CI Manager is working as the Lifescience Dynamics project manager work outputs will be shared with Beibei Bai for distribution to the internal Client team as needed.
Tasks and activities included but not limited to :
Category Tasks
Day to Day activities Attend CI meetings with Client team to present CI findings and analysis
Distribute CI alerts and reports to the Client team using the Client CI Hub
Respond to requests for information using existing or secondary resources including reformatting as needed for various stakeholder needs
Liaise with the Client team on outstanding requests and priorities and relay back / coordinate with external vendor team at Lifescience Dynamics in line with the contracted statement of work
ASCO GI Lead Client CI planning with respect to pre peri and postcon assessment / reports for ASCO GI 2025 conference
CI Manager will attend ASCO GI 2025 and manage distribution of outputs provided by Lifescinece Dynamics team who will also be onsite
Ad hoc coverage of key events or analysis Lead coverage of key competitor events which may include managing work of external vendors and / or carrying out analysis or reporting
