Our Client is a rapidly growing SaaS startup specializing in Multi-Sensory AI solutions that revolutionize Customer Experience & Contact Center interaction. They are looking for a high energy VP of Sales with a minimum of (6-7) years Experience Managing a Tier 1 CX or Contact Center Sales Team. Your Account Executives will be selling a Multi-Sensory AI Solution into the CX / Contact Center verticals. You need to have (6-7) years Experience Managing a Sales Team selling Large SaaS Solutions into the Customer Support / Contact Center Market.
The VP of Sales needs to be located in the Northeast (MA, CT, NY or NJ) and will be developing a plan to Drive $MM Sales into the Contact Center Market. You bring years of Sales Management experience in CX / Contact Center Software space, lots of High Energy and enjoy Spending Time in the Field w / your AE's Closing Business!
If you have Built & Managed Sales Teams selling into the Enterprise CX / Contact Center Software Space for companies like : Nice, Verint, Medallia, Qualtrics, SalesForce Service Cloud, Five9, Genesys, Pega, RingCentral, ASAPP, Interactions, 8x8, TalkDesk, Vonage AI, AWS Amazon Connect, etc., we would like to speak with you!
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :
- 7 years of Sales Management with a Strong Preference of Sales Achievement & President's Clubs!
- Experience Closing Large SaaS Deployments to the Customer Support / Contact Center Market Preferred.
- 5-7 ) Years Selling Directly to Telecommunications / Cables Service Providers and Global Enterprises such as Consumer Electronics Manufacturers, etc. Who Have Direct Mission-Critical Consumer Care Needs
- 5-10) years Expertise Selling into the Contact Center, Customer Experience Software Industry.
- Start-Up Experience & 4-Year College Degree is a Big !
- MEDDPIC Sales Methodology Experience is also a Big !
Base Salary : $200,000.00 - $225,000,00 - DOE
Total On-Target-Earnings : $400,000.00 - $450,000.00, No Cap Complete Benefits Package Full Expenses (Corporate Card Mileage) Upward Mobility Perks!
