Project Manager : Qualified professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in
organizing, managing and overseeing the project life cycle of building
construction projects over $7.5M.
Position Requirements
Requirements
Will be expected to provide day-to-day project management leadership on an average of three projects at any one time. The projects will typically be staggered between different phases (planning, design, construction and closeout).
The PM will very likely be the sole Owner's Representative staffer on these projects
- Experience working in on K-12 education projects is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
- Experience working on projects in flood plains and with Net Zero certification will also be a plus, but not a prerequisite.
