Senior Project Manager : Qualified professional with over 7 years of
experience in the construction management field, including planning,
budgeting, managing and overseeing the project life cycle of building
construction projects over $7.5M with a proven ability to navigate the project
through the permitting process. Candidates for this position shall possess one of
the following professional credentials including RA, PE, PMP, CCM, or
LEED.
Position Requirements
Requirements
o Will be expected to provide day-to-day project management leadership on an average of three projects at any one time. The projects will typically be staggered between different phases (planning, design, construction and closeout).
o The Senior PM will very likely be the sole Owner's Representative staffer on these projects
- o Experience working in on K-12 education projects is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
- o Experience working on projects in flood plains and with Net Zero certification will also be a plus, but not a prerequisite.
