Note : This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday (with flexibility to come onsite as needed on Mondays and Fridays for special events such as quarterly business reviews, board meetings, ad hoc client meetings, property management relations etc).
About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Employee Experience Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting our People Operations functions and overseeing office management operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to wear multiple hats in our fast-paced startup environment.
You could be a great fit if :
- You've coordinated the logistics and compliance standards within a broad area of People Operations, such as onboarding and offboarding employees, researching competitive perks and benefits, staying up-to-date on local HR laws, promoting company culture initiatives, maintaining employee records and HR information systems, etc.
- You've independently managed office operations (including maintenance, inventory supplies, swag oversight, deliveries, and vendor relationships)
- You've successfully managed engaging internal events, team-building activities, and company off-sites with a detailed approach to budgeting, agenda management, internal communications, and vendor relations
- You are self-motivated; you take initiative in improving processes, and you roll up your sleeves to pitch in wherever help is needed
- You are a people person who takes pride in being the face of the company
Bonus skills
The base salary range for this role is : $95,000-$115,000 USD.
