This role involves overseeing the day-to-day finances and operations of the company, including managing the accounting department, compiling financial statements, and working closely with the CCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting and bookkeeping function of the company.
- Compile monthly financial statements and perform financial analysis.
- Assist the CCO with the management of the accounting department and lead the integration and maintenance of new and existing accounting systems and processes.
- Drive close cycle automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and review all records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of organizational and industrial accounting standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Strong leadership skills, high energy, initiative, and creativity.
