Intern Financial Services

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the global financial services team by undertaking entry-level accounting tasks and contributing to various projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in daily administrative tasks, project support, and documentation management for global financial services.

The Finance function is responsible for activities related to financial transactions reconciliation and analysis. Manages the financial resources to generate profit. The function contributes to the productivity of other business functions, planning and decision-making activities.

12-week Summer Experience

Location: Student may work from San Diego, CA, Boston, MA, or Chicago, IL work site.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the global financial services team in entry-level accounting tasks.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and contribute to various projects.
• Update business processes for settlement and reconciliation.
• Organize and update global financial services documentation, including processes and training materials.
• Collaborate on deliverables for external customers, including reconciliations for locations such as Boston, etc.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college degree program; finance or accounting preferred.
• Business Intelligence tool: Tableau, Power BI, SQL preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; strong Excel skills required
• Excellent organization skills, follow-through, analytical skills, self-starter, and attention to detail.
  
  

Cubic Pay Range

$20-28/hr.* benefits.

• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
