What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward position at Cucina Alba - Los Angeles?
We are looking for a team of stewards to work every day (5 days a week) before service to assist set the dining room by: iron linens, polish silverware, polish glassware fold napkins, set stations, do opening sidework, clean up service areas, assist in bar prep, etc... This is a well rounded, highly-motivated individual who is available in mornings to the early afternoon, still leaving time to work another PM job.
