Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Bartender / Server Assistant. As a Service Bartender, you will be responsible for making all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a Service Bar. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar space, clearly and positively communicating with staff members, and will have the opportunity to learn banquet style bartending in a fine dining environment. Prior bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
As a Server Assistant, we are seeking a candidate who can offer outstanding guest experiences while keeping a positive attitude and multi-tasking directions from fellow staff. You will be responsible for assisting our servers during dinner service, following fine dining standards, while maintaining a professional image.
Bartender Duties:
- Operating bar in compliance with Utah state liquor laws
- Maintain bar in a clean and orderly manner while following all procedures/policies set by the company and health department
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including espresso drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Prepare all beverages according to recipe and presentation standards set by management
- Willingness to learn and pursue knowledge about wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails
- Practicing clear communication and acting as a team player with the rest of staff, managers, and guests.
- Alerting management when inventory is low or items need to be ordered
Server Assistant Duties:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverage with precision and professionalism
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guest departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Anticipate guest needs and support the team in providing seamless
Ideal Candidate:
- Passion for hospitality and fine dining
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Clear communication skills and a warm, confident presence
- Ability to multitask and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative, high-expectation team culture
- Prior fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Schedule & Expectations:
- Evening shifts required
- Must be able to arrive to shift on time
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Approx. 25–40 hours per week depending on availability and performance
- Must be able to relocate or commute reliably to Salt Lake City, UT
