The SVP of Technology will be pivotal in leading the strategy and modernization of the Information Technology division for our dynamic credit union. This role will oversee and manage the Information Technology function, including operations / core, network and helpdesk, user experience (UX), and related vendor relationships. This leader will foster exceptional employee growth and development, working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders enterprise-wide.
In addition to setting objectives and strategies for the IT department, this position is responsible for driving innovation, aligning technology with UVA Community Credit Union’s strategic priorities, monitoring and analyzing technology trends, ensuring the stability of the Credit Union’s systems, and enhancing the efficiency of the Credit Union’s infrastructure, automation, and technology integration. Building tight partnerships with leaders in business areas to understand their objectives to enable success is vital for this role.

The starting salary range is approximately $200,000-$230,000 annually.
