Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming internet inquiries and assist customers with their questions.
- Follow up with unsold customers to maintain relationships and provide additional support.
- Follow up on phone ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep all customer and transaction information up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent service to build customer loyalty and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
