Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Cuhaci & Peterson. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing project management plans that meet the client's needs and expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project requirements, work breakdown structures, resources, roles and responsibilities, quality standards, information exchange and communication plans with clients and team.
- Engage with clients, manage their expectations, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other supporting disciplines to develop budgets for each project.
- Manage deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time, within-budget, and meeting business needs delivery.
- Provide project/program data and financial performance feedback to CFO, Principal, and project team.
- Utilize a change management system to document out-of-scope work and address additional services.
- Provide daily team management and oversight, including handling all aspects of invoicing and monthly billing projections.
- Execute continuing analyses for process improvement.
- Participate in and contribute to performance reviews where applicable.
- Develop knowledge of various project types, including Convenience, Grocery, Industrial, Multi-family, Restaurant, Retail, and Senior Living.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Superb communication, budgeting, and client management skills.
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience in Project Management.
