A growing and dynamic company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead the day-to-day administration of its benefits offerings, ensuring employees receive best-in-class health, welfare, and retirement plans.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and health savings products.
- Manage the 401(k) program, including bi-weekly funding, payroll reconciliation, and annual Department of Labor (DOL) audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, ADA, and IRS requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with brokers and vendors, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits, benefits billing, and cost tracking, ensuring accurate reporting within the HRIS system.
- Lead the leave management program, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and parental leave.
- Provide analytical insights and process improvements, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance benefits strategies.
- Communicate and educate employees on benefits programs, driving engagement and understanding.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) and healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation, financial fundamentals, cost analysis, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and benefits audits.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Certified Benefits Professional designation preferred but not required.
