The main job responsibilities for the BARISA is as follows:
This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation. Customers and your Associate will experience a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.
- Meet and surpass the expected customer service by the client and the guests with the prompt attention, assistance with the beverage selection, and the timely preparation
- Prepares the variety of beverages per the recipes and specs
- Ability to give descriptions of beverages as well as recommendations
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
- Equipment maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance checklist
- Responsible for completing various daily administrative duties prior to, and at the end of, each shift.
- Responsible for handling accurate and efficient cash transactions.
- Responsible for comprehending all prices as a result on knowing prices on menu.
- Assist our guest as needed for a pleasurable dining experience.
- Deal with customers in a professional manner, to the degree of which our guests are satisfied at all time.
- Complete responsibility and accountability for cash register drawer as outlined in the cash handling policy.
