Culinaire is hiring a CONCESSIONS MANAGER to manage the operations at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in San Antonio, Texas. The Tobin Center provides a world class venue that promotes a diverse range of cultural, educational, and artistic experiences. The Tobin Center features a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose 1,759-seat (2,100-seat with flat-floor configuration) performance hall, a 250-seat studio theater, and an outdoor performance plaza connected to the River Walk with a permanent 30 FT video wall and water taxi portal.

A few Main Position Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall financial success of all beverage outlets and concessions
· Develops and maintains positive working relationship with client and build staff especially in developing per performance concessions sales plans
· Ensures strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts and publish nightly sales reports
· Ensures opening and closing duties have been successfully completed
· Manages the proper inventory of the concession, as well as stocking and restocking stand as needed, and initiate action to improve product
· Develops new concepts to increase existing revenue sources and concession sales and implements approved concepts
· Manages the daily cleaning of all concessions locations and equipment including any cooking machinery
· Oversees proper maintenance and repair of concessions equipment
· Produces monthly forecast of performance to budget and plan
· Manages the day’s receipts and transporting of all money to the appropriate location
· Tracks revenue and labor on a daily basis
Do you possess
· A minimum of three (3) years prior concessions or outlet management experience with proven track record
· Alcohol and Food Handlers Certification
· Attitude to work until the tasks are completed
· Exceptional multi-task and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Conflict resolution and strong supervisory skills
· Computer proficient skills
