Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Cook/Chef role located in St Louis, MO at the Saint Louis Art Museum. The Cook/Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, creating menu items, organizing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including meal preparation and cooking
- Menu planning and food presentation skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
