Culinaire is in search of an experienced and seasoned DIRECTOR OF CATERING who shares our values and passion at Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek Park. Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek Park is one of Culinaire's most prestigious venues, located just outside of Downtown Dallas with an enclave of stately trees, a meandering creek, and lovely flowering shrubs. Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek Park is a spectacular venue for birthday parties, bridal luncheons, corporate parties, meetings, luncheons, networking events, non-profit events, teas, retirement parties, seminars, lavish weddings, and memorable celebrations of life.
CULINAIRE is a national food service company and is seeking a self-motivated and service-oriented catering professional with a creative flair and enjoys an entrepreneurial work environment with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
A few important responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for Facility Rentals on behalf of the museum.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our client and building staff.
- Has a thorough understanding of the property’s P&L statement
- Achieve or exceed monthly booking goal.
- Produce monthly forecast of revenue.
- Develops and administers catering marketing plan.
- Submits monthly Pace Report
- Understands how to convert inquiries into sales.
- Ensures and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
- A passion for sales and catering
- Five years prior experience with proven record of accomplishment in a similar facility.
- Willing to work flexible hours (i.e. weekends, evenings).
- Must be extremely organized.
- Possess excellent supervisory skills
- Computer proficient
