Training Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and oversee an innovative internal development program to elevate employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and development initiatives across various roles and departments.
• Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure a tailored learning experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with company goals and values.
• Track and measure the success of training programs, providing continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to employees, fostering a culture of growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in training and development, instructional design, or facilitation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in training tools and technologies, with a creative approach to learning solutions.
• A passion for building people up and driving organizational success through development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
