Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to damages, order discrepancies, and other customer concerns
- Follow up with customers on outstanding orders and provide updates on order status
- Communicate with sales teams and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer records and track orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
- Identify and report on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to management
- Collaborate with other CSRs and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
