As a National Accounts Sales Rep, you’ll build and manage relationships with national chain accounts, identify key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, proactive sales, and strong relationship skills.


What You'll Do

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national chain decision-makers.
  • Expand company presence through networking and high-level meetings.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management.

CRM & Goal Management

  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and manage accounts.
  • Keep detailed records of meetings and follow-ups.
  • Adjust sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Industry Expertise & Learning

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events (overnight/multi-day trips may apply).

✔ Experienced in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales performance.

✔ Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

🎯 Industry experience is a plus!

  • Previous experience with national retail chains, distributors, or large-scale accounts.
  • Background in food service, hospitality, or procurement.
  • Former experience as a purchaser, operations manager, or category manager.



Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
