What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney – Trust & Estates position at Cullen and Dykman LLP?
Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated attorney admitted to practice in New Jersey with significant experience in estate planning and estate administration of complex estates. Lateral attorneys or solo practitioners with an existing book of business is a plus. The position will be based in our Hackensack, New Jersey office.
Educational/Experience Requirements
- JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
- Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey.
- Tax, special needs planning and elder law experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
- Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task required.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
