Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Spray Foam Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead spray foam technician in the application of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Help with the application of spray foam insulation, ensuring even and thorough coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after the job.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of spray foam equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or insulation is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
