Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience with spray foam application. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that insulation is applied effectively to enhance energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and ensuring all materials are available for installation.
- Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, and other surfaces according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols while handling materials and operating power tools.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist in estimating project requirements including materials and labor needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, drywall installation, roofing, trim carpentry, masonry, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in using power tools and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
