Cullerton Group is seeking a Fabrication Technologies Manager to join our team in Mossville, IL. This long-term contract opportunity can lead to permanent employment with our customer and offers a competitive hourly rate of $55 including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K, and holiday pay.

- Evaluate current and future product/process designs to assess tooling compatibility and identify opportunities for design modifications to enhance production.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure process efficiency, cost control, and quality improvements.
- Advise suppliers on required tooling, dies, fixtures, etc., to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Assess existing applications and conduct feasibility studies for new tooling solutions.
- Integrate new and existing systems and processes, ensuring compatibility and directing adjustments as needed.
