Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer 3 in Mossville, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $38/hr W2 full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Some OT required.
Our customer is the largest manufacturer of construction equipment in the world.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Manufacturing Engineering support the TC-K Fabrication Shop
Reason/motivation for request:
- Backfill
Typical Day in the Role
Typical task breakdown:
- CNC Programming, Safe Job Procedure reviews / updates, manufacturing process efficiency improvements, Root Cause Corrective Action of quality defects
Interaction with team:
- Working directly with the machine operators, customers, and TCK Shop office team
Work environment:
- Primarily an office environment, in the shop as needed
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
Technical Skills
(Required)
- CNC programing
- 3D Modeling
(Desired)
- CNC programing using Siemens NX software
- Proficient with Office 365
- Previous experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Previous experience with PTC Creo
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Manage multiple projects in parallel
- Well organized
(Desired)
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated
Disqualifiers/Red Flags:
