Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer 2 in Peoria, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $35 / hr W2 overtime pay, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
The Industrial Powers Systems Division currently has an opening for an Engineering Team Leader located in Mossville, IL or Seguin, TX. This position on the IPSD-Large Product Quality team (L5) will focus on leading projects to address customer pain through resolution of field product quality issues. Collaborating with our service engineering, platform, and design control teams this individual will lead cross functional teams to address quality issues and drive production and service solutions alongside communications to our dealers on project status. Lastly, this position will lead customer facing commercial teams to define product support programs and publications to communicate to the field.
Collaborate with service engineering and customer facing teams to solicit and gage customer feedback on product quality concerns. - Lead cross functional teams encompassing L3-L5 design controls, product support and customer facing team members through the DMAIC CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) process to introduce production and service part solutions on time and on cost. - Engage customers, dealers, suppliers, team members, and other business units in assessing and communicating project results. - Lead and maintain Power bi dashboards that are utilized for monitoring quality trends
Education & Experience Required : - Engineering or equivalent technical degree Associates or bachelors - 2-4 years experience required. Technical Skills (Required) - Project management / leadership experience with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and effectively lead teams through effectiveness, velocity, and cost tradeoff analysis to make the best business decisions and solutions for our customers. - Data analytics experience (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
