Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Manager who will be the driving force behind our continued growth across multiple regions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies that fuel sales and support a range of water treatment solutions, from water softeners to healthy drinking water systems. Your ability to craft impactful marketing campaigns will directly influence the success of our sales teams and help us reach our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge for Growth: Drive profitable business growth across multiple regions.
- Marketing Strategy Mastermind: Develop and manage marketing initiatives that showcase our diverse water treatment solutions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with Culligan and COOP to create powerful marketing plans.
- Track and Optimize: Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure regional sales targets are met.
- Sales Training: Potentially facilitate sales boot camps, helping our teams stay at the top of their game.
- Lead Generation Focus: Create and implement marketing strategies that generate new leads and business opportunities for our sales reps.

Qualifications:
- A BS degree (preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (5 years in marketing).
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong community involvement and a passion for customer-focused initiatives.
- Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and lead a sales team to success.
- Culligan Sales License must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
