Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Support Representative. The Sales Support rep helps the sales department in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospective clients. They also handle administrative duties such as managing customer accounts, providing high-quality customer service, facilitating troubleshooting, and assisting the marketing department.
In the sales support representative role, you will create and process orders for customers and manage other critical information in an organized and timely manner. Communication skills that enable smooth sales team operations are critical in this position. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing a pleasant customer service that generates increased customer loyalty.
Sales Support Specialist Job Responsibilities and Duties Include
- Create contracts for sales reps, send to customer along with literature and e-signature
- Schedule and enter all installations into CRM & outlook
- Manages customer accounts in an organized manner
- Conducts administrative duties to assist the sales department
- Handles records of sales trends with reps to improve sales strategies
- Assist Marketing Director/Regional Sales managers with event coordination and small social media tasks
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Hubspot experience preferred
- 2 year's experience with sales process
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
