Responsibilities
Onsite Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.
Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.
Installation : Assist with the installation of water treatment systems in both residential and commercial locations.
Testing : Conduct water quality tests to ensure systems function optimally and meet safety standards.
Documentation : Accurately record maintenance activities, service calls, and system updates in the company's records.
Inventory Management : Maintain and track equipment, tools, and parts inventories as needed for service tasks.
Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and standards to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and customers.
Requirements
Experience : Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related technical - mechanical role is highly valued.
Technical Skills : Previous water treatment experience will make you stand out BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues efficiently. Successful candidates possess the ability to think their way through new obstacles / situations and resolve them.
Physical Ability : Capability to handle physical workload of at least 50 pounds, including moving and installing equipment.
Customer Service : Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to customers.
Qualifications : Relevant technical certifications or training preferred.
Driver's License : Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is essential.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when needed.
