Job Summary:
- Direct day-to-day accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Direct and monitor fixed assets and reconciliation.
- Direct and complete bank reconciliations.
- Ensure Chargemaster is accurate and in compliance with payor regulations.
- Complete cost accounting functions and ensure data is accurate and timely in cost accounting system.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of science/business management in accounting required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Five years accounting experience required.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate with managers and employees regarding sensitive issues. Must be proficient in the use of personal computer, email, and accounting software. Must be able to set priorities, coordinate and organize multiple tasks, and maintain control of workflow. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
