Director of Finance
DirectPath is partnering with a dynamic government contractor to find a Director of Finance who will oversee financial strategy, compliance, and operations. This role ensures financial integrity, risk management, and adherence to government regulations while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll).
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, CAS, FAR, and DFARS in financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decisions.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to guide leadership on risk and investment.
- Oversee project cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), and government pricing models .
- Maintain effective internal controls, tax compliance, and audit readiness .
- Optimize and manage ERP tools ( Costpoint, Unanet, QuickBooks ).
- Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounting team.
