- Payroll Compliance : Implement compliant labor accounting practices for timely and accurate payroll.
- Period-End Close : Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure reliable financial results.
- Annual Financial Planning : Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring financial health.
- Performance Reporting : Analyze and report actual financial performance, enhancing business intelligence for leadership.
- Business Case Analysis : Advise on investment and spending decisions to reduce financial risk.
