Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic (PRDC) in Orange, VA (www.prdcva.org) is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead our nonprofit, safety-net dental clinic into its next chapter of growth and impact. This new position reflects the incredible success PRDC has achieved in recent years.
At PRDC, we are more than a dental clinic—we are a lifeline for over 4,500 patients annually, prioritizing care for Medicaid members and low-income individuals. As a proud member of the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, we now provide free urgent care for uninsured patients and comprehensive dental care for uninsured children in eligible areas.
Our state-of-the-art clinic is home to a passionate and dedicated team, operating with 25 staff members and a $1.5M annual budget. We are looking for a leader who can build on our success and help us expand our reach.
