CULTA is currently looking for our next Cultivation Inventory Coordinator to join our dedicated Cultivation team in Cambridge, MD! As the Cultivation Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks including generating data collection, inventory control, generating sales orders, shipments, and invoicing.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Updates packaging supplies within ERP on a bi-weekly basis.
Compile weekly misc. supply orders to submit to the Director of Procurement pending

Manager / Director approval.

Keeps track of ordered items to ensure they arrive and are delivered to the facility.

Assist with end of month inventory counts and data collection.

Manage the ERP dashboard.

Collects all manifest, cleaning, maintenance logs, packing logs for the packaging at the end of the

month to pass to our compliance team.

Assist in cleaning Production Spaces.

Ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Recognize and report any inconsistencies or open production orders to ERP Management.

May assist with orders and packaging when not performing other duties, such as Sales Orders or

inventory.

Will need to step in if Supervisor or Lead is absent, to help team with orders going out.

All other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Works efficiently, manages time effectively.

Pays close attention to detail.

Able to identify problems or malfunctions with packaging equipment.

Familiarity with Cultivation safety procedures and guidelines (PPE, OSHA, MSDS).

Possesses the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.

Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Must be able to work onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Strong desire to work with packaging.

Prior experience in a packaging / shipping environment is desirable.
