Our client, a highly-rated and trusted business in Allen, Texas, is seeking a talented Advisor to join their team. The Advisor will play a vital role in driving new business growth by generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Utilize our lead generation system to drive potential clients to our website and encourage them to fill out the Cleaning Quote form.
- Follow up on leads, including contacting previous leads during slow periods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to distribute leads based on availability for site visits.
- Assist in procuring quality contractors to add to the hiring pipeline.
Site Visits and Proposal Creation
Schedule and conduct onsite visits with potential clients to gather information about their cleaning needs.Identify client pain points and exclusions, assess the status of their current cleaning service, and gather relevant details (e.g., measurements, pictures, cleaning frequency).Upsell additional services provided by our client when appropriate.Collaborate with the operations team to determine pricing based on square footage, scope of work, and frequency.Create comprehensive and customized proposals using AirTable and PandaDoc, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (same or next day).Initiate timely follow-up communication with potential clients after proposal submission to address questions and concerns that might delay the closing of the sale.Maintain thorough records of all client communications and update proposal documents as needed in AirTable.Continuously engage with potential clients until a decision is made or until they enter the "Low Probability" stage.Send closing emails to potential clients who have not responded or approved the proposal within 30 days after sent from PandaDoc.Client Relationship Management
Collaborate with the operations team during startup visits to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure all necessary information is conveyed to assigned contractors.Create and update contractor placement forms to document key details, including contractor assignments, payment agreements, cleaning schedules, and any specific client requirements.Address client complaints by directing them to customer service or the operations team for resolution using the Complaint form on AirTable.Regularly review sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Responsible for maintaining positive client relations including responding to all client related sales calls and ensuring timely follow up.Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction :
Copy customer complaints into AirTable and record the date and time of receipt. Use the complaint form.Contact customers to gather additional details about the complaint and assure them that the issue will be resolved.Inform contractors about the complaint, request resolution timelines, and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.Communicate with the operations to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.Call customers to confirm issue resolution and overall satisfaction, documenting the outcome in AirTable Prospect Communication Log Tab and on the Complains Grid moved to the correct stage.Supervisory Responsibilities

Position Type and Expected Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may be flexible as agreed upon between executive management and employee. On call availability and periodic additional time including nights and weekends or as job duties demand.

This position requires heavy day time travel across the DFW metroplex. Travel is 90% of the job.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).Proven track record in account management, sales, or related roles.Preferred Education and Experience
Familiarity with commercial cleaning services or janitorial industry is advantageous.Proficient in using AirTable, PandaDoc, and other relevant software applications.Trained on the Sandler Selling System, B2B sales and experience with long sales cycle.Required Skills and Qualifications
