**Job Title:** Behavioral Therapist Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in their homes
- Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions
- Collaborate with a BCBA to implement effective teaching procedures and reinforcement methods
Requirements:
- High school diploma or college degree
- Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health (training provided for the right candidate)
- Dependability, consistency, and reliability essential for client success
Salary: $20-$30 per hour (dependent on experience)
