Cultivate Recruitment Group are working with an Engineering Consultancy based out of Boston who are looking to appoint an Traffic/Transportation Engineer. Please see further information below:
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering design for traffic analysis, traffic signal sequencing, phasing and timing, and traffic modeling and simulation.
- You will be preparing and reviewing traffic impact assessment reports, functional design reports, traffic circulation and parking studies, signage and pavement marking plans, traffic signal and traffic management plans, assisting with the development specifications, and estimates.
- Work with multiple municipalities and agency clients.
- Attend client meetings and present all findings.
- Provide technical support and collaboration with other team members, you. will work as part of our overall design team.
- Be presented with the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a construction related degree.
- 4 years of Traffic/ Transportation Engineering experience.
- Good working knowledge of AutcoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation Open roads.
- Knowledge of DOT design policies.
- PE Licence not mandatory but would be ideal.
Salary - $120,000 - $160,000 plus package and benefits.
