Job Summary:
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the Director in daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of all food and beverage outlets while maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director with cost control, inventory, and quality management.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Oversee service flow across various outlets, including bars, restaurants, and special events.
- Provide leadership and support to hourly staff, ensuring proper training and performance management.
- Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, handling, and presentation.
- Maintain equipment functionality and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and staff to maintain high operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional guest service, managing customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Support team members in delivering a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.
Education and Experience:
- Previous Food and Beverage management experience preferred.
- Ability to work various shifts (day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holidays).
- Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
- Internal candidates should have at least six months in their current position without recent disciplinary actions.
