As the Director of Brand Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our client engages with prospective audiences, driving awareness, consideration, and subscriptions. This is a high-profile, influential position reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborating across the organization to align marketing efforts with critical business goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to guide and execute innovative, data-informed marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform and refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with editorial leadership to oversee the creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and materials.
- Inspire and lead the creative team, including an in-house designer, to deliver high-quality, impactful assets across departments.
- Reimagine and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
- Foster and manage strategic partnerships with brands, media outlets, and merchants to amplify reach and growth
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
- Balance creative strategies with measurable data to optimize campaign performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the media or publishing industry.
- A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with leadership.
- Expertise in brand development, creative production (TV/PRINT/DIGITAL), and managing multiple agency partners.
- Strong strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and analytical rigor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes and build meaningful partnerships.
