What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preroll Technician position at Cultivation Facility?
Overview
We are looking for eager, passionate, and motivated team member for an entry level preroll position.
Responsibilities
- Assist the processing department with pre-rolls and other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to support the other departments by cross training whenever possible.
- Assist in keeping the facilities clean and possess a high standard for cleanliness.
- Effectively communicate with support teams and management.
- Self motivated.
- Complete tasks in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain a positive outlook in the face of a fast paced and often changing/stressful environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- When assisting in other departments you may be required to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be reliable and willing to work up to 40 hours a week.
- Must have references with contact information from past job history.
- Bend, lift, carry and reach with 25 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
