PRE-ROLL MACHINE TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION
Pre-roll Machine Technicians work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of the Pre-roll Production process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Production Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to processing high end premium infused pre-rolls. From milling, mixing, crowning, kief coating to packaging infused pre-rolls based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Pre-Roll Production TEAM Member, you will:
- Operate pre-roll machine to assemble pre-rolls using milled cannabis flower.
- Collaborate with TEAM members to optimize and streamline the workflow process and improve production capacity.
- Effectively find and mitigate quality issues at all stages of the process.
- Appropriately apply labels, tamper seals and authentication stickers efficiently on several distinct types of packaging.
- Complete finishing process and package pre-rolls for finished goods inventory.
- Maintain high level of organization and attention to detail ensuring consistent and accurate processing, packaging and labeling.
- Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high-quality finished product.
- Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a Team Member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
The TeamMember must be motivated to excel at production goals and keep pace with the collective team’s work production.
The Team Member must have the physical ability to sit / stand for an 8-hour period while processing pre-rolls.
The Team Member must have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs of machinery and equipment parts.
The Team Member must be able to work inside a climate-controlled environment with supplied uniform and PPE.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday:
First Shift: 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m.
Second Shift: 3:30 p.m. through 12:00 a.m.
(Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes required during the week or weekends.
AGE REQUIREMENT
