We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Utilize project management tools such as Redmine to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Implement business process modeling techniques to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies like Kaizen.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage program management activities, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Employ strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in project management software; experience with Redmine is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Workday or similar enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively and foster collaboration among team members.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
